Ingredients (for about 12 balls):

150 g ground almonds or walnuts

100 g dates (soaked in warm water for 10 min)

2 tablespoons honey 👉 check our natural honey

1 tablespoon bee pollen 👉 order pure pollen here

1 tablespoon honey mix with pollen and propolis 👉 check our immune blend

Pinch of cinnamon

Optional: coconut flour for coating
Instructions:

Drain the dates and place them in a blender or chopper.

Add ground nuts, honey, pollen, the blend, and cinnamon.

Blend until you get a sticky mixture. If too dry, add a bit more honey.

Shape into small balls with your hands. Roll in coconut if desired.

Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes to set – and done!
