Shipping Issues & Support

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or stolen, please contact us immediately at dorian@zumzz.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and you will be refunded for damaged goods
For stolen packages, please also file a report with your local authorities and provide us with the report number.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you provide an incorrect address:
- Before shipment: Contact us immediately to update the address at no charge
- After shipment: Additional shipping fees may apply for address corrections
- Undeliverable packages: Customer is responsible for re-shipping costs
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unexpected delays can occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier backlogs during peak seasons
- Customs processing for international orders
- Natural disasters or emergencies
Our commitment: We will proactively notify you of any significant delays and provide updated tracking information.
Before you reach to us, check with your local post office and provide them with the tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Return shipping policy:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- International customers may be subject to additional customs fees
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and items must be in original condition.
