One teaspoon a day, ideally in the morning — on its own, held in the mouth until it dissolves, or stirred into yoghurt or a smoothie. Avoid hot drinks (above 40°C) so the ingredients stay active.

Can children take it? +

Yes — the mild taste of honey softens the propolis so children happily eat it. As with any honey product, it is not for children under 12 months or for people allergic to bee products (including pollen).

What does it taste like? Is it bitter from the propolis? +
