Everything you need to know — in one place.

How long is the delivery time and is it really free? +

Shipping for this package is completely free, with no hidden costs. We carefully pack your order and ship it as soon as possible, and the package usually arrives at your door within 2 to 4 business days.

What if something in my package breaks? +

Although we pack every package carefully and securely, we are aware that accidents during delivery can sometimes happen. If any of the products arrive damaged or broken, don't worry, because the resolution process is quick and simple.

All you need to do is take a photo of the broken product and send it to us via email at: dorian@zumzz.com.

Once we receive the photo, we will do one of the following at your choice:

We will send you a coupon for the value of the broken product that you can use on your next purchase, OR
We will refund the monetary amount of the broken product directly to your bank account.

It is entirely up to you to choose the option that suits you best!

Is your honey 100% local and natural? +

Absolutely. All of our products are 100% pure, raw, and come directly from the beehives. There are no added sugars, additives, or industrial processing that destroys nutritional value.

How to use Immunity Mix and propolis drops? +

You can take Immunity Mix on its own or stir it into a lukewarm beverage. Add the propolis drops to a little water or onto a teaspoon of honey and follow the instructions provided on the packaging.

What kind of lip balm is this that I'm getting as a gift? +

This is our natural lip balm made with beeswax and nourishing oils. It contains no artificial colors or chemicals and perfectly protects your lips from drying out, wind, and cold. We are including it in your package as a small token of our appreciation for your trust. You can specify which flavor you would like in the notes, or we will select one at random.
