Children (1–6 years): 5–10 drops, 2–3 times a day. Adults and children over 6: 15–20 drops, 2–3 times a day. Drop directly into the mouth, onto a teaspoon of honey or into a little water/lukewarm tea. Don't eat or drink for 15 minutes after use.
