My honey has hardened — is it spoiled? +

The opposite. Crystallisation is proof the honey hasn't been processed or filtered. Honey that never crystallises has almost always been heated or mixed with sugar syrup. Zumzz Wild Flower crystallises because it's alive. Warm it slowly in a bowl of warm water (below 40°C) — it'll be liquid in 20 minutes.

Is it safe for children? +

For children over 12 months — absolutely yes, and we even recommend it as a replacement for industrial sweeteners. No additives, no preservatives, natural energy. Our customers' children eat it on bread and ask for more. The only exception: children under 12 months must not consume any honey.
